Your best is always good enough... Always.
You wouldn't be reading this if you weren't already an amazing person. You're reading this because you're always looking for ways to be better. I know that about you already – and I'm glad you're here because my job is to help bring more laughter, more love and more play to your life.
Who am I? I'm Julie Fisher, founder of Sol Journe LLC. I've been an executive, entrepreneur, marketing professional, coach, consultant, event planner, parent, wife and dream achiever for years. Prior to becoming a coach, I worked on transforming the challenges, doubt, and old patterns of behavior in my own life, into beliefs and behaviors that supported the life I desired – a life filled with joy. In doing so, I learned valuable lessons that I share with my own clients to help transform their lives and the lives of those they love the most.
Today as a catalyst for amazing positive change, I've developed special, targeted tools and activities that help you improve your life, live your dreams and find joy in every single day.
Caring for the "Giver" in Each of Us
Each of us defines joy and harmony a little differently. Some call it smooth sailing, some call it loving relationships, some call it plentiful time to enjoy life, some call it living on purpose and some call it a perfect combination of many things. All of us desire joy in our own lives.
The question really is, "How do we achieve it?"
So many of us find that there is great joy in giving. Whether it's giving in our community, our home, at work, in our marriage, at church or to a parent or friend in need, we enjoy the giving but sometimes end up feeling drained. It's easy to deplete ourselves to a point where we feel like we need to re-energize or re-focus because we're giving at our own expense. We put ourselves last until we realize that we need to take care of ourselves so that we can continue giving to everyone else.
When that happens, a lot of people feel stuck. They've always been the dependable one, the one that doesn't need to lean on anyone else, and they are afraid to admit that they could use a little reprieve. Coaching can be exactly the tool to allow for support, change, energy shifing and the beginning of a little self-care.
As a business owner, wife, and mother of four children with 3 bonus kids in a blended family situation, I was constantly attempting to run faster than life would allow. Finding myself worn out and feeling a bit lost in it all, I knew I needed to make change in order to continue giving to others and also to be my best – for myself and for those around me. Along my journey, I found a special love for guiding givers to bring more joy into their lives.
If you're interested in bringing more joy into your life and the lives of those you love, I invite you to call 608-217-7025 for your conditional consultation.
